Claude Richard, P. Eng. – President

A strategic business and government relations advisor for close to 20 years, Mr. Richard advises and supports local and foreign organizations in the implementation of investment projects and in their representations to provincial and federal government bodies. In this regard, he worked in various economic sectors such as aerospace, energy and chemical industries.

Providing strategic guidance to corporate executives from public – and private – sector organizations, he coordinates and participates in all phases of investment project development and implementation by providing strategic positioning, preparing business cases, and securing government financial support. In that capacity, over the years he has played a crucial role in implementing a high-tech Centre of Excellence, has secured important letters of agreement with the Québec government as part of strategic projects in Quebec, as well as allowed the evaluation and implementation of large investment project in Canada.

Stéphane Bertrand – Vice-president

A strategic advisor to many private and para-governmental organizations, and an expert in government relations, Stéphane Bertrand has contributed to the success of many private and government funding projects as part of major investments in business developments covering various sectors, including mining, manufacturing, energy, and clean and sustainable technologies.

Having earned a master's degree in economics, he spent many years working as Director in the Office of the Premier of Quebec. Mr. Bertrand was also closely involved in introducing many government policies and is very well versed in the workings of government. As Strategic Advisor within the Council of Ministers, he also led a large team within the Quebec Ministère du conseil exécutif. He was also regularly the primary contact for groups, organizations, businesses and individuals from civil society or from the public and parapublic sectors in their relations with the government.
